I'm partnering with a large, growing commercial construction organization in North Phoenix seeking a Senior Project Accountant to support active projects and partner directly with operations and project leadership.
What they're looking for: * Commercial construction project accounting experience (GC experience highly preferred)

Responsibilities include: * Subcontractor invoice processing and reconciliation
* Compliance and lien notice tracking
* Owner billings and accounts receivable
* Project cost forecasting and reporting
* AP processing and monthly close support
* Working directly with Project Managers to maintain accurate project financials
